Conference Attendee Registration Information:
Conference Registration Fees are:
- $500 registration fee by April 7th
- $550 registration fee after April 7th
- $250 for Retired Judges by April 7th
- $300 for Retired Judges after April 7th
- $125 for guest registration, which includes the welcome reception and formal banquet dinner
Note: Non-member Florida probate judges who have not previously belonged to NCPJ will be granted a one-year complimentary membership with their registration.
Accommodations:
Once you register for the conference, you will receive a confirmation email which will include the hotel reservation link. The negotiated rate is $165.00 plus taxes and fees per night. Please make your reservation by Monday, April 15th to ensure you receive that rate, but we encourage you to do so as soon as possible.
Social Event Information:
Join your NCPJ Colleagues for a Riverboat Cruise!
Wednesday, May 8th at 5:30 p.m.
This is an optional event that you may register for an additional fee of $25.00 per person.
Enjoy a relaxing cruise and great music on board a large passenger pontoon boat. Depending on weather conditions, the cruise will go North past the sports complex and toward Exchange Island or South toward Riverside, Avondale, and San Marco. Boarding is 15 min prior to published departure time from the Doubletree Hotel Dock boarding location. Wine, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks will be sold on board – no outside beverages allowed. You are welcome to bring snacks. Please understand that the timing of the return may be impacted slightly due to periodic Railroad Bridge openings.
NCPJ Exhibit Show Information
The National College of Probate Judges (NCPJ) is hosting an exhibit show at the upcoming Spring Conference in Jacksonville, Florida, May 7-9. Anticipated attendance is 75-100 probate judges from across the United States. Exhibits will be located in the foyer area outside of the general session room, providing an open flow to network with judges.

Includes: 6’ Draped Table, 2 Chairs, Standard Power, WiFi, pre- and post-show electronic attendee list (name & address only) and two (2) exhibit staff badges-allows access to Thursday evening reception & banquet dinner (additional fee).
